Tottenham shooting – Woman, 46, in hospital after being shot in the street in North London

A 46-YEAR-OLD woman has been rushed to hospital after being shot in the street last night.

The victim is being treated for gunshot injuries following the incident in Tottenham, North London.

A man sustained “less serious” gunshot injuries and was also taken to hospital.

Police are appealing for witnesses and have not made any arrests.

Local cops said: “We are dealing with a shooting at 9.50pm in Lordship Lane, N22.

“The victim, a 46-year-old woman, is at hospital with gunshot injuries. We await an assessment of her condition.

“A man sustained less serious (possible gunshot) injuries. No arrests yet.”
