US election 2020 latest news: Trump blasts ‘bedbug’ Pelosi and says teaching kids that US is racist is ‘child abuse’

PRESIDENT Donald Trump slammed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi again, during his campaign rally in Wisconsin on Thursday night, for not wearing a mask at a hair salon in California.

“Crazy Nancy, crazy as a bedbug … She decided to make a nice little stop in a beauty parlor. How did that work out? Not too good!” Trump said.

Trump added that the salon owner in San Francisco can style his hair anytime.

“I think I’m gonna call her in, check it out. Maybe you can do something to improve [my hair]. It’s not bad though,” he said.

Also on Thursday while speaking at the National Archives, Trump said that teaching children that the United States is racist is considered “child abuse.”

“It is especially harmful to children of minority backgrounds who should be uplifted, not disparaged,” the president said.
